Fight invasives by foraging for your food! This class discusses the edible parts of our common invasive plant and introduces some of the delicious recipes that can be made with these ingredients. After a presentation, you’ll head to the kitchen for a tasting. Let’s use our appetite as a weapon to control invasives!
