Day of Equine and Relaxation
- Grooming, leading, liberty work in the rings, and hands on learning with the horses.
- Hike through Nehantic State Forest with an equine partner.
- Take a break in nature for a stress-free day, using mindfulness techniques by Dr. T.
- Wrap-up with some peaceful pond time or more equine adventure: Your choice.
- Lunch, snacks, and water provided.
