Habitat for Humanity of Eastern Connecticut is proud to announce our new Homeowner Readiness Program, in partnership with local agencies and organizations, to bring education and information to our communities.

Homeowner readiness sessions are free and open to the public, registration is required.

Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions you'll make in your life. We want our community members to be prepared to make the very best decision with plenty of support along the way. Learn from local agencies and experts and find out what affordable mortgage products are available, understand your household income and debt, as well as how your debt-to-income ratio affects your ability to qualify for a loan. Join us for this six-month series and become homeowner-ready.
