Learn Calligraphy Basics-

Anyone can learn calligraphy, so come join this beginner class as we learn about the Chancery Italic style of handwriting , most popular during the Renaissance and most usable today. Participants will review the structure of the lower-case alphabet and proceed to the capital letters while using broad-nibbed tools. If time permits, we might even try out a dip pen. Have fun, amaze yourself. Handouts provided.

No experience with calligraphy is necessary.

We ask students to be 18+
