Description
All are welcome to the Saturday Morning Mindfulness Walk in Mohegan Park, Norwich, on June 14 at 10. Walkers gather at the Spaulding Pond gazebo, rain or shine. Accessible to those with mobility challenges. The one-hour program begins with a Qigong-inspired warm-up and meditative reading followed by a silent walk around Spaulding Pond. The walk concludes with time for sharing and reflection.
Mindfulness is the practice of awareness of thoughts, feelings, and surroundings without judgment to improve emotional and mental well-being.
