Ekphrastic Poetry Challenge

The Coventry Arts Guild is having their Member’s Art Show Exhibition on the Main Floor of the Booth and Dimock Library during the month of March. There are over 50 pieces of art on display by 20 different artists. The poet may select any piece of art being shown and write an ekphrastic poem about that piece. These poems will be read at our Poetry Open Mic Event on March 28th. Once the poem is completed, send the name of the piece of art and artist to Tim Timberman at timbermant@sbcglobal.net . Tim will bring that art piece to the Poetry Open Mic event and invite the artist to attend.
