Description
This is a very hands on class! You will learn how to make sushi rice, how to properly slice fish for nigiri, important qualities of sushi grade fish and types of sushi. We will roll traditional sushi for maki rolls, as well as experiment with rice paper and make rolls without rice.
Each participant will be able to make and enjoy for dinner:
- 2 raw rolls
- 2 shrimp rolls
- 1 veggie roll
- 2 pieces of nigiri
This event is BYOB.
