Once called Wardian cases, terrariums made it possible to transport live plant specimens around the world in the 19th century.

Celebrate Spring at the Captain Nathaniel B. Palmer House on Saturday, March 22nd! Design and build your own tiny terrarium to brighten a window or tabletop in your home!

All supplies will be provided including moss, plants, soil, and drainage material.

Advance registration is required. Reserve your spot now! $10 per participant/terrarium.
