For this class you will complete the process start to finish! Get ready to grab a basket and pick your own tomatoes and peppers - you'll get to control just how hot your salsa is!! You will see the process of skinning tomatoes, peppers, chopping, seasoning and building flavor in many different ways. You'll load your jars, set the timer, and leave with 6 jars of product. How you use your ingredients is completely up to you!
