MYO Charcuterie Board!

Kerry Dwyer, owner of Charcuterie Woo in Worcester, MA will join us at The Kitchen to show us her skills in creating stunning charcuterie trays. What makes this evening extra special is that we will be using cheeses local to her, as well as our own pickled veggies, fresh garden veggies, herbs, chutneys, spreads, and fruit from nearby farms. We will incorporate as many local ingredients as we can!

Your ticket includes the platter, all the ingredients, the board accessories and the step-by-step instruction on how to build the board.
