Description
The only "dumb questions" are those that you don't ask. This is a learning environment where everyone of all skill levels are welcome!
This hands on class will have you preparing a rack of lamb - showing you preparation of the meat, seasoning and cooking techniques. We will make pesto, tzatziki & baba ganoush, traditional spreads and condiments, as well as Israeli salad & tabbouleh for cool sides for this summer meal.
This event is BYOB.
